Oil Recycling equipment

This machine adopts the most advanced treatment technology to remove tiny particles in the oil, such as carbon particles, mechanical particles, and the oxide. It also can remove colloid and asphalt and restore the oil color to be clean and transparent, so as to improve the performance index of the waste oil and make it the qualified clean oil. Установка сушки и газификации ила позволяет высушить и переработать ил с влажностью 60-80% без вывоза его на поля фильтрации.

Стандартная установка состоит влагоотделителя, линии сушки ила, подающих конвейеров и газификатора, системы очистки газов, системы охлаждения установки.

Данное оборудование просто в эксплуатации, позволяет переработать углерод выгружаемый из пиролизной печи в угольные стержни которые могут использоваться вместо угля в качестве топлива в котлах, асфальтонагревательном оборудовании и.т.д. Оборудование выпускается 4 типоразмеров
